The cuisine of the restaurant Tibone et Dorade in Lyon 9 is based on cooking on a wooden fire, in a Josper® oven. This particular method ensures delectable cuisine, which retains all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh food. Grilled meat and fish specialities are both gourmet and healthy; the fresh products undergo little transformation.
The menu at Tibone et Dorade has a resolutely coloured tone with accents of Mediterranean cuisine made exclusively with fresh products.
Lunch or dine in our modern, yet homely, indoor dining room or make use of our shaded, cosy outside terrace with a view of the Saône in fine weather.
